How do I upload a document in the Time pod?

Documents can be uploaded several different ways within the Time pod (pod 3). 

Uploading at the Project level:

This can only be done by the Project admin. 

1. Click on the Project label. 



2. A PROJECT foldout will appear to the right. Click on the blue Notes & Docs button.


3. A PROJECT NOTES & DOCS foldout will appear showing all the documents attached to the project. Click on the New Document button. 


4. You can now select the Document to be uploaded, provide a description and specify which team members you would like to notify. What you type in the Notification box will be the greeting for the email and internal Message that the system will send to your select team member(s).



5. Click the Create button to finalize the upload. 


Uploading at the Timeline level:

Can be done if you: 

  • Have accepted a Role that is responsible for the Timeline   
  • Are the Project admin 


1. Hover over the label of the Timeline which you would like to upload a document to. Click the grey Document button.

2. A TIMELINE NOTES & DOCS foldout will appear to the right. You may now select the file to be uploaded, provide a description and specify which team members you would like to notify. What you type in the Notification box will be the greeting for the email and internal Message that the system will send to your select team member(s).





4. Click the 
Create button to finalize the upload. 


Uploading at the Event level:

Can be done if you: 

  • Have accepted a Role that is responsible for the Event 
  • Have accepted a Role that is responsible for the Timeline that the Event is under 
  • Are the Project admin 


1. Hover over the Event to which you would like to upload a document so that the grey buttons appear on the right-hand side. 
2. Click the Document button.


3. A foldout titled Event Notes & Docs will appear to the right. You may now select the file to be uploaded, provide a description and specify which team members you would like to notify. What you type in the Notification box will be the greeting for the email and internal Message that the system will send to your select team member(s).

4. Click the Create button to finalize the upload. 


Shortcut:    

  

You may notice a paperclip icon next to either the Project label, Timeline label or Event label. This icon acts as a shortcut for accessing the related Documents.  When clicked, a foldout will appear showing all the documents attached to the Project, Timeline or Event. Click on the New Document button below the title to add a Document to the list.
