How can I create a new Project?
To create a Project from scratch:
1. In Pod 1 (Project) click “New” to open the New Project foldout.
2. It is required that you give the your new Project a “label” (what the Project will be called), Timezone, and Timezone Sub-Region (closest major city).
Once you’ve completed (at least) the required fields, click “Create” at the bottom left corner of the fold-out to create your new Project.
Your new Project will automatically open in Pod 3 (Time).
To create a Project using a toolkit from Composer:
1. In Pod 1 (Project) click “New” to open the New Project foldout.
2. It is required that you give the your new Project a “label” (what the Project will be called), Timezone, and Timezone Sub-Region (closest major city).
3. Below “Project Label”, choose your “Owner Group” by typing its name into the box and clicking on it. Note that you must have to right permissions to be allowed to do this (I.e. You must be an Admin of that Group).
4. Next, select “yes” under “Base this Project on a Composer Toolkit”. This will widen the foldout to include the Project Composer panel.
5. Click “yes” or “no” to allow or disallow Group members only invitations to the Project.
5a. If you select “yes”, enter the labels of the invitable Groups into Groups for Invitation.
5. Start typing the Toolkit label you wish to use in the Project Composer panel. Click on the appropriate Toolkit.
6. Select “all” timelines (in blue), and click “x” to remove the Timelines you do not wish to instantiate.
7. Give the Project a start date.
8. Click “create” at the bottom left corner of the fold-out to create your new Project. Your new Project will automatically open in Pod 3 (Time).
