How do I update my email address/login?
To change your email address/login:
1. In Pod 5 (Community), click “My Profile”, just above the Pod.
2. Inside the Pod, (in blue, at the top/left), click “Change Email Addresses”. This will open the “Email Change” Foldout.
3. Type your new email address into both fields (the second field is to prevent typos).
4. Click “save”, at the bottom of the foldout.
5. You will receive a confirmation email (with a link) to your new email address. Open the email and either click on the link or copy and paste the link into your browser. Note that if you haven’t received the email within minutes, you should check your junk mail folder. You can also ask the system to resend the confirmation email by clicking “resend” in the “Email Change” foldout (in blue, just right of the email address).
6. Now that your new address has been confirmed, close the “Email Change” foldout and reopen it. Your new address will now be listed under “email addresses”.
7. To set the new email as your primary address ( which will also be your new login!), click “set primary” (in blue, just right of your email address).
8. If you wish to delete your previous email address from iLiv Performer, click “delete” (in blue, just right of your email address).
